John_Abraham John Abraham is now sitting at home with a cast on his right foot because he injured his ankle on the sets of “Hook Ya Crook” yesterday. Fortunately, this injury is not as bad as the one he suffered in April 2006 when he was a in a motorcycle accident. Poor Johnny Boy, he’s always getting hurt. We wish him a quick recovery and so do some of his biggest fans (apart from us of course). Quotes from his official site:

“(…)Goodness knows where that will now put his upcoming films etc, but I wish him a very speedy recovery. Vxx” – Venetia

“Have a speedy recovery John. Sad to know that you are hurt. – Love, Mona”

“Oh John! I hope you feel better soon and are back on your feet! Much love! – remzjagal86

“How terrible! That’s the second time he’s been hurt on this shoot. He must be in pain and this will majorly hold up his upcoming films and the promotions for ‘New York’. First the flu, and now this! John’s going through a bad patch!! If you have read his column today, you will know how excited he sounded about the workshop for Abbas’ film, and about “New York”. Wonder what happens to these plans now? Get well soon John, you have lots to do.” – SShukla

Now onto other more lighter news –

Zoya Akhtar plans her second film and rumor has it that she’ll be casting Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan in the leading roles…now that’s what you call casting!

Saif and Vivek were almost handcuffed in New York while shooting for their film “Qurbann.”

Karan Johar’s birthday party was a good day to forget all enmity, Shahrukh apologized to Aishwarya and apparently the two are now best friends.

Arjun to play the husband to Kareena and Kajol in Karan Johar’s ‘Stepmom’!

  1. Poor John – I just ADORE him. And I bet someone as active as he is will be SO annoyed at the inconvenience of it all. Wishing I could be at his side with painkillers and soup – bless his sweet heart.
